Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of laboratory research materials, we enforce a strict final sale policy to ensure the integrity of our supply chain.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within three (3) business days of confirmed delivery. Supporting documentation, including high-resolution photographs of the packaging and product, is required to process any claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, altered, improperly stored, or used products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Once the seal is broken or the product has been handled, we cannot accept it back due to safety and quality control standards.

Shipping Liability

Peptiq Solutions LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments after confirmed delivery, or errors resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Peptiq Solutions LLC reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility for replacement or refund.
